GHESI is proud to serve more than 47,000 customers in Guelph and Rockwood. In 2007, our Customer Satisfaction Rating as measured by Simul Corporation, was 93%, almost 10% higher than the provincial average.	Reliability of supply is essential for our more than 4,300 industrial and commercial customers. GHESI has one of the highest reliability rates in the province and, last year, the average length of time that any area was without supply, was 35 minutes.	GHESI is a leader in community energy conservation programs, including the City of Guelph's groundbreaking Community Energy Plan. GHESI also provides significant sponsorship to many community charities serving children in need or those that promote repsonsible use of our resources.
