Budget Billing

Budget Billing allows you to smooth out any fluctuations in the market price. A Budget Billing account will average your previous years consumption, and you make twelve equal monthly payments based on this average.

This plan is only available using the Pre-authorized payment option and enables you to better budget your financial affairs. You know exactly how much will be deducted from your account each month.

There is one summer 'settle-up' payment that is used to balance your account before the next budget year. We encourage customers to monitor their Current Budget Balance on their bill and to make additional payments or increase their payment amount to avoid a large settle-up payment.

Should a payment be required it will NOT be automatically deducted from your account, but must be paid by cheque. If we owe you, we will credit your account for the following year or send you a rebate cheque.
