Enrol Today Change Banking Information Discontinue Pre-Auth Payments

To pay your bill automatically through your financial institution on your due date, all we need is:

*Please note that we do not accept credit cards or lines of credit for pre-authorized payment. 

Enrol Today

  • Complete a Pre-Authorized Payment form online, or;
  • Call our Customer Service Department at 519.822.3010 to obtain a hard copy form. Mail completed Pre-Authorized Payment form and voided cheque to:

  • Fax completed form and voided cheque to: 519.822.0960

OR

You will continue to receive your statement by mail, or you can register for on-line ebilling.

To make your household budgeting easier, sign up for the Equal Payment Plan that evens out your payments so you pay about the same amount each month.

Change Banking Information

To change your banking information for Pre-Authorized Payment from your bank account, we will need the following information:

  • Submit a Pre-Authorized Payment form online, or call Customer Service at 519-822-3010 for a hard copy.
  • A cheque marked VOID or a direct deposit form from your financial institution

Please allow seven business days for this change to take effect.

  • Mail completed hard copy Pre-Authorized Payment form and voided cheque to:

Discontinue Automatic Pre-Authorized Payment from Bank Account

To discontinue Pre-Authorized Payments from your bank account, please complete our online form or call our Customer Service Department at 519.822.3010. Please allow seven business days for this change to take effect.
