What is myenergy view?myenergy view

myenergyview is Guelph Hydro’s online customer portal. By registering for myenergy view, you gain 24/7 access to your Guelph Hydro account information, including your billing and payment history and options, your electricity consumption patterns, and much more. The information provided reflects all transactions as they currently show in our database.

How do I register?

To register, simply click "Register for myenergy view now" below and then enter your account number as it appears on your Guelph Hydro bill. (Note: You must enter your account exactly as it appears on your bill, including any leading zeros and the dash "-".)

You must also enter your email address so that we can register your account number and generate a PIN for you. Once we have generated a PIN for you, we will email it to the email address that you have provided us. You can change your PIN to something you will remember more easily after you log in.

Once I receive my PIN via email, how do I log on?

Go to and in the myenergy view sign in box, enter your Guelph Hydro account number and the PIN you were provided with and click "Sign on". 

What if I forget my PIN?

If you forget your PIN, click "Forgot Pin?" and enter your account number. We will email your PIN to the email address that you provided us when you registered. 

Can other people see my data?

No. myenergy view uses the same technology that banks use to ensure data privacy and security.

What do I do if I have problems logging on or registering?
