Customers and contractors occasionally require a temporary disconnection from their Guelph Hydro services to allow them to safely perform station maintenance on electrical items such as customer-owned transformers and high-voltage primary switchgear.
Guelph Hydro policy is such that we will only allow Guelph Hydro staff to break an electrical connection from our network. To request a temporary interruption to the electrical service, please complete the online form below. A member of our team will contact you regarding your request.
