Payments

The cash office at Guelph Hydro’s Southgate office closed effective June 1, 2011. Guelph Hydro bill payments can be made using the following payment methods:
  • Pre-authorized payment plan, which means no more cheques to write, postage to pay, trips to make, or having to pay late charges
  • Online by Visa or MasterCard using the Paymentus service or by calling 1-877-273-2184. Please note: A service charge will apply.
  • Using online or telephone banking
  • At your local financial institution
  • Depositing a cheque in the drop box currently located at Guelph Hydro's Southgate office at 395 Southgate Drive
  • Mailing a payment to:
       Guelph Hydro
       395 Southgate Drive
       Guelph, ON
       N1G 4Y1
  • At any of the five payment locations throughout the city
