Pre-Authorized Payments

A pre-authorized payment plan will automatically deduct the amount of your bill from your chequing account on the due date. No more cheques to write, postage to pay, trips to make, or having to pay late charges. To automatically pay your bill through your financial institution, all we need is a sample cheque from your chequing account (marked VOID), and a short authorization form with your financial institution account information (name and address of the 'bank', the transit number, bank number, and account number).

CHOOSE THE PLAN THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU

The Regular Plan
Your statement will be sent to you as usual, generally two weeks prior to the due date of your billing. On the due date, the new amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account.

The Budget Payment Plan
This plan allows our customers to budget for an equal MONTHLY payment. This option smooth's out the impact of fluctuations in the market price. An agreed upon amount is automatically deducted from your account on your choice of dates between the 1st and 15th of each month. You will receive billing statements showing current charges and budget plan balance. New budget applications are accepted at any time throughout the year. Payments can always be dropped off at our Southgate location in our payment drop box.
