Energy Conservation Programs

The Ontario government recently announced changes to the way energy-efficiency programs will be delivered.  As a result, effective April 1, 2019, some programs will be cancelled and the delivery of other programs will shift from being offered by Alectra (formerly Guelph Hydro) to being offered directly by the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO).
