Alectra Utilities is committed to supporting our customers in managing their accounts conveniently and securely. We want to ensure you are aware of other ways to access your bill, get your account balance, and make a payment, especially during postal mail delays.

Get your account balance and due date

You can view your bill online at your convenience, receive ebill notifications by email, or call our automated phone system to get your account balance quickly and easily.

MyEnergy View: Register and log in to MyEnergy View to monitor your account balance and due dates, and download and save your bills in PDF format at your convenience.

By Email: Sign up for paperless billing to receive a monthly email notification when your bill is ready to view securely online.

By Phone: Call us at 519-822-3010 and have your account number ready to get your account balance.

Convenient payment options

Alectra Utilities offers many convenient payment options. Simply choose the method that suits you best.

  • Pre-authorized payments: Complete an online form to have monthly payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account on your due date.
  • Pay at your bank or financial institution: Online, by telephone, or in-person.
  • Pay by credit card: Online or by telephone at 1-877-273-2184 using Paymentus. A service charge of $2.95 for every $200 increment paid will be charged to the card holder by Paymentus.

Overdue payments will still incur late fees, so we encourage you to use these alternatives.

Once a payment is made, your remaining balance will be reflected in your account within 48-72 hours, depending on when your financial institution or credit card provider clears your payment.
